Yeah, so I have time to keep changing my blog background, but not to type a decent post. I'll get there... :)
Michaela turns 2 on Tuesday. She is having a "
doo-
doo party."
Doo-
doo = dog. Michaela loves dogs. Michaela is allergic to dogs. Poor kid. She is into saying "no," and this evening, she inexplicably started calling me "
momia" and Pete "
dadia" (as in mom-
ee-uh).
Ava thinks she looks like a boy because she got a short haircut. It was not my intention to have it cut that short. It happened. At least she's only 4. A lesson to learn early - hair always grows back. (well, unless you are Ava's daddy)

Well, I love this background! Blogging has been on the back burner for me lately, too. Which means I don't get a chance to read as much as I used to. You are wise to scale back and just read the ones that truly interest you.
I'm chuckling at the line underneath your title "the adventures of stink eye and the destroyer." Haha. That's so cute, and it makes me want to read more to find the origin of the phrase! :)
Hope you had a Merry Christmas!
Stink eye = Ava. When she was about a year or so she used to give you the "stink eye" by looking at you out of the corners of her eyes - if that makes sense. I started calling it "stink eye," so we would say "Ava, do stink eye" and she would do it.
The Destroyer = Michaela. So named after she started ripping apart books...kids books, but I LOVE books and do not like any type of tears, bends, crinkles, etc.
